FasTrack Order Tracking
Our unique electronic ordering confirmation system saves you time, notifying you daily via email or fax, whichever you choose, when PAL receives or ships your patients’ orders. Each notification lists the order number, patient name and estimated shipping date.
Barcoding
Barcoded order forms are supplied to all of our PAL clients. Once we receive your completed form, it is sent through our sophisticated scanning system to capture and enter your order information directly into our computer system. This process has significantly increased order turnaround time and reduced errors.
Be sure to use PAL’s newest legal-sized barcoded order forms when sending us your orders to ensure the process works most efficiently.
Our advanced barcoding system is also used to track your order through every step of the production process. When you call Customer Service about an order, our team members will be able to tell you its exact status.
