Extended Warranties
The money-saving Platinum® Protection Plan extends the Platinum Ankle Brace warranty for an additional two years. Enrollment entitles patients to comprehensive protection designed to preserve the life and quality of their custom devices at little or no additional out-of-pocket expense. Safe & Sound is a comprehensive protection program for patients who have been prescribed custom PAL foot orthoses. At little or no additional out-of-pocket-expense, Safe & Sound covers required repairs and replacements of custom orthoses for two full years. PAL guarantees most of its orthoses against breakage, under normal wear, for a lifetime, but Safe & Sound offers an even superior level of protection. It protects against the cost of repairs or replacements resulting from: (1) breakage or damage to the orthosis shell, extensions and accessories during normal wear; (2) required adjustments; (3) theft or loss; (4) outgrowth for patients under 18 years of age.Platinum® Protection Plan
