Our most revolutionary product, the PAL Platinum® Ankle Brace AFO, is used to treat some of the most challenging foot and ankle pathologies. It has been prescribed for tens of thousands of patients nationwide — a number which continues to grow each year.

PAL offers four customizable models of the Platinum® Ankle Brace, and several styles of the Platinum Ankle Gaunlet AFO making up the Platinum® Collection. Each device is designed to treat different clinical diagnosis. Our unique Build-A-Brace program gives health care providers even more flexibility in patient care. As an alternative to selecting a brace from the Platinum® Collection, practitioners can design a unique Platinum® brace, option-by-option. And every Platinum® is shipped within 10 days.
