Since 1996, PAL has led the industry with innovations in custom ankle brace therapy. Our most revolutionary product, the PAL Platinum® Ankle Brace, is used to treat some of the most challenging foot and ankle pathologies. It has been prescribed for tens of thousands of patients nationwide—a number which continues to grow each year.

PAL offers four customizable models of the Platinum® Ankle Brace, making up the Platinum® Collection. Each device is designed to treat different clinical diagnosis. Our unique Build-A-Brace™ program gives health care providers even more flexibility in patient care. As an alternative to selecting a brace from the Platinum® Collection, practitioners can design a unique Platinum® brace, option-by-option. And every Platinum® is manufactured in-house within 24 hours.
